Seedlings is our stay-and-play service which is run in partnership with the Springfield Project for families with pre-school children.  In pre-Covid times it is run three mornings a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in term-time, 9.30-11am.  Currently we can only offer one session a week via Zoom, but this is still fun and if you'd like to come along please email the church office. We always aim to provide a high quality, open-access stay and play sessions. In normal times these include a variety of structured play activities, snack-time, reading, playing with bikes and larger toys (outside when weather permits) and singing/birthday time.  At Christmas and Easter we tell a Bible story and/or narrate the season from a Christian perspective.  We also aim to have a summer party each year to celebrate all the wonder of Seedlings throughout the year.  Because of demand, we normally ask families just to attend one day each week and there is a nominal cost of £1 per family per session.  It’s great fun and it’s always lovely to see Seedlings parents coming back as volunteers after their children have got a little older and are now at nursery or school. Please come along to the Springfield Centre and ask at reception or contact the church office for more details. We hope it won't be long before we're meeting in person again!
